Documentation & Context

The prompt template allows automatic replacement of template tokens when placing outbound campaigns:

  • {{system__caller_id}}: Replaced by the lead's dialed phone number.
  • {{system__time}}: Replaced by local Chișinău date and time.
  • In addition, the Lead's Name and Company are automatically prepended as high-priority instructions to the model.

VAD Barge-in

Voice Activity Detection runs on the server. If the lead speaks while the agent is talking, the AudioSocket queue will flush instantly, creating zero-lag conversational responses.
